NO REFUNDS AFTER FEB. 14, 2004

 Full three-day registration fee includes all workshops and panel discussions, the Thursday reception, and the Friday night banquet. It does not cover the Saturday night social event at Treebeard's restaurant. If you plan to attend the social, please add the social fee to the registration fee when drafting payment. 

You may enroll as a member at the same time you register, qualifying for the membership rate. Your registration will be confirmed by email. 

Registration form and check must be mailed together. If your organization is paying your registration, please have your accounting department indicate on its check whom the fee covers.
